Behaviour in college
ROC must be a safe and calm place for everyone.
Be kind, honest, and positive with others.
Help others if they are upset, lost, or need support with their work.
Listen when someone is talking. Everyone has their own views and beliefs.
Treat everyone equally and fairly.
Speak politely to all students and staff.
Remember: staff are here to help and support you, not to be your friends.
Behaviour in the community
It is important to display positive behaviour while in the community
This also includes before, and after college.
Be sensible in the community by not using negative language, swearing or behaving in a way that may upset other people
Do not engage in conversation with strangers in the community
If people ask you for money, it is important not to speak to them and tell a member of staff immediately as soon as you can.
Be a positive role model for ROC
