Introducing the Senior Leadership Team

Dr Perdita Mousley

Principal

“I’m passionate about giving our young people the chance to fulfil their dreams and aspirations. This is made possible through the incredible support delivered by our amazing staff”

Perdita oversees all aspects of college life. From managing staff and student experiences to identifying new ways of enhancing the College’s curriculum. Drawing on her extensive background in SEND teaching, Perdita also works closely with external partners including local authorities and businesses to provide tailored learning experiences to every student.

Chris Harrison

Head of Quality and Curriculum

Chris works closely with ROC’s staff to deliver a teaching curriculum that is not only delivered in accordance with OFTSTED guidelines, but tailored to the individual needs of each student. With a keen eye for detail, Chris also monitors performance and effectiveness of teaching and fully prepares our students for life after college.

Working closely with Chris, Vicky oversees ROC’s varied curriculum, as well as helping students to access a varied range of therapies to assist with their development to achieve greater independence.

Claire supports students throughout their journey at ROC helping them to progress and identify development needs. She also works closely with parents and carers to help students achieve their goals.

Esther Palfreyman

Business Manager

Esther plays an important role at ROC. She is responsible for keeping the college running smoothly. In her role, Esther oversees the college’s Finance, HR, Health & Safety and admin functions.

Our Safeguarding Team

We consider the safety and wellbeing of our students as being our highest priority. Our safeguarding team is made up of the Designated Safeguarding Lead and Designated Safeguarding Deputies. All staff undertake accredited safeguarding training on a regular basis.
