Our partners play an integral role in helping our students to prepare for life after college, as well as accessing help and support to enable them to live as independently as possible. We are proud to work closely with key public sector partners and local businesses, which provide opportunities for our students to gain experience, develop the skills needed to succeed in the workplace.

At Rotherham Opportunities College we believe that everyone should have the chance to play a role in society. Our partnership work helps to give our students a sense of belonging to the communities in which they live.

Similarly we are committed to challenging all barriers and misconceptions when it comes to understanding disability in the workplace. Our internship programmes provide our students with much more than practical work experience. It helps them to build confidence, increase independence and develop the vital skills needed to succeed in their chosen career.
